Professional filing of Form DIR-3 KYC / DIR-3 KYC Web for Directors holding a Director Identification Number (DIN) to ensure annual KYC compliance with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
Form DIR-3 KYC is a mandatory annual compliance for every individual holding a Director Identification Number (DIN) under the Companies Act, 2013. The filing is governed by Rule 12A of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014, read with Sections 153 and 154 of the Companies Act, 2013.
Every individual who has been allotted a DIN and whose DIN status is 'Approved' must complete the annual KYC process by filing e-Form DIR-3 KYC or DIR-3 KYC Web, as applicable. The purpose of the filing is to verify and update the director's personal details, mobile number, email address, Aadhaar/PAN (where applicable), passport details (for foreign nationals) and residential address. Failure to complete the KYC within the prescribed due date may result in the DIN being marked as 'Deactivated due to Non-filing of DIR-3 KYC', and the prescribed fee for reactivation will apply under the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014.
Our professionals assist in determining the applicable mode of filing, verifying KYC documents, OTP authentication, DSC validation (where required), and successful submission on the MCA V3 Portal.
